We adore Bourbon Milk Punch, Brandy Milk Punch, Egg Nog, and just about every other creamy cocktail. How can you not love a silky drink topped with cinnamon and freshly grated nutmeg? After experimenting with some Blackstrap Molasses, we discovered this cocktail. It’s the perfect mid-morning beverage when you just want to sit and read the paper. Or you can drink it like we do — after dinner.
Blackstrap and Bourbon
2 measures Blackstrap Molasses Liqueur
1 measure Bourbon
1 measure Half & Half
fresh grated Nutmeg
pinch of Cinnamon
Bourbons we recommend: Buffalo Trace or Four Roses
Pour Blackstrap Liqueur, Bourbon, and Half & Half over ice. Top with freshly grated Nutmeg and dash of Cinnamon. Enjoy!
