Whether its partly cloudy or dark-and-stormy, this drink is New Orleans — a tropical climate with afternoon thunderstorms, and light rain that sprinkles the rooftops of 200-year-old French Quarter homes late at night. This is the drink to enjoy when the weather hasn’t quite reached tropical storm status, or on warm nights that beckon you to come outside and play. It’s raining now and we’re sitting in our room amidst candlelight, with our tall, windowed balcony doors open so that we can feel the warm breeze of another stormy night in the Quarter.
Pour a Dark ‘n’ Stormy, and drink to good health!
